Estimates

We provide free written estimates on new or replacement roofs. We don't provide written estimates for repairs.

Inspections

We can always inspect your roof and siding, commercial or residential, and provide an estimate of repairs for a fee. Call us and let us know what you need.

Inclement Weather

Quality work demands that most projects cannot proceed during inclement weather. Temporary repairs can always proceed.

Jobs For New Customers

New customers will be supplied with a written contact and a signature is required before work can proceed.

Jobs For Previous Customers

Previous customers in good standing may call us to repair or replace roofs and siding without a contract. We will still agree on costs before proceeding

Payment

All jobs require at least one third of the total estimate down before starting work. In Maryland, that is the law.

The remainder of the payment is due on completion of any job.

Facilities Managers and Building Owners

Maryland Roofing Systems is happy to provide emergency repairs to any and all building managers.

We reserve the right to run a credit check on all facility management firms and/or owners.

Pre-payment is required for all materials, and the remainder is due 30 days net to keep management/owners in good standing.

Contractors

We are happy to subcontract our services. The following applies:
